Due to medicinal nature of our products, returns on opened products are not accepted.
However if you wish to exchange or return an unopened item then we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements with you.
We also understand that damage can sometimes occur during the shipping process. In these instances, you will have 24 hours upon receipt of your shipment to notify us at email@example.com (please send pictures with your message) and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
